Caltrans Local Assistance has prepared this flash training to instruct the viewer on how to use the US Census American Fact Finder Median Household Income tool to determine Disadvantaged Community (DAC) eligibility for the Active Transportation Program (ATP) application: Please note that this example shows 2018 ACS data. For ATP CY 6, please use 2019 ACS data (also reference step-by-step instructions in the ATP CY 6 Application Instructions).
