This webinar provides an overview of the process for creating SRTS plans and programs. It highlights issues related to gathering data, selecting routes, identifying safety issues and their remedies, as well as developing 5E programs with engineering, education, encouragement, enforcement, and evaluation. The webinar stresses the importance of a SRTS committee to guide the planning process and appropriate members.
