This webinar, intended for new Cycle 3 Non-Infrastructure (NI) project awardees and unauthorized Caltrans SRTS NI projects, covers the next steps for new NI projects and reviews significant changes that have occurred to the project authorization process from last Cycle. The federal authorization process, streamlined environmental review, and assistance available from ATARC are discussed.
