This webinar, “Active Transportation Program (ATP): Next Steps in the Project Process,” was presented on October 29, 2014 by Caltrans ATP Program Manager, Teresa McWilliams, for those agencies whose projects that were selected for ATP Cycle 1 funding, either at the August California Transportation Commission (CTC) meeting or the November 12th CTC meeting.
