WEBINAR: Street Story: A Platform for Community Engagement

Originally presented: Feb 05, 2019

This webinar features UC Berkeley Safe Transportation Research and Education Center’s (SafeTREC) Street Story, a web-based community engagement tool designed for people to report transportation safety issues they see and experience. Street Story collects information and narratives about collisions, near-misses, hazards, and safe locations to travel, then creates downloadable maps and tables. The Street Story tool aims to help agencies and community groups collect information that can create a fuller picture of transportation safety issues, and make community-provided information publicly accessible.
