During their August meeting, the California Transportation Commission (CTC) heard an update on the 2025 Active Transportation Program (ATP Cycle 7) and adopted amendments to the 2025 ATP Guidelines and Fund Estimate. These amendments result from the program budget included in the fiscal year 2024-2025 State Budget, which reflects a $400 million reduction to the $1.049 billion one-time funding augmentation from the General Fund to the ATP appropriated in the 2022 State Budget.
