Non-Infrastructure Technical Assistance

The ATRC Non-Infrastructure Technical Assistance Team can help answer questions about non-infrastructure activities such as education and encouragement programs and help find resources for your non-infrastructure project.

The Non-Infrastructure Technical Assistance Team includes subject matter experts from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Active Transportation Safety Program as well as Caltrans ATP Non-Infrastructure staff.

The Non-Infrastructure Technical Assistance Team is available as a resource before you prepare your Active Transportation Program (ATP) application as well as when you are implementing your ATP grant. Contact the Non-Infrastructure Technical Assistance team using this form.
