Agencies implementing Active Transportation Program (ATP) funded projects are required to collect user counts for infrastructure, non-infrastructure, and combination projects.
User counts help inform the ATP’s progress toward achieving its statutory goal of increasing walking and biking. Implementing agencies must comply with the Count Methodology Guide, which provides standard expectations for estimating user data for each type of ATP project.
The following is a list of vendors that have self-identified as providing active transportation user count collection services. The vendors have not been reviewed for their qualifications or ability to conduct the work. The list is a starting point for agencies. It is the responsibility of the implementing agency to conduct its own procurement process.
