We’re excited to announce that the Active Transportation Program Symposium will be back in 2027! This two-day event is co-hosted by the California Transportation Commission and Caltrans with support from the ATRC. The Symposium brings together local, regional, state, and Tribal governments from around California to learn, share knowledge, and network with other agency staff, planners, engineers, public health professionals, and active transportation champions developing and implementing active transportation projects. This event will include inspiring speakers, mobile workshops, breakout sessions, and opportunities to connect with partners to further your work.
New in 2027 – all sessions (with the exception of the mobile workshops) will be offered in a hybrid format with opportunities to join virtually.
Please indicate your interest in attending the Symposium via the interest form to help us prepare another successful event. We are also asking for suggestions for session topics.
Registration will open in February 2027. Early Bird pricing of $60 will be available through August 2027. Regular registration will be $90.
